Do you take insurance?
I am an in-network provider for Regence BCBS, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pacific Source, and Lyra.
If you have a PPO insurance not listed, you may wish to inquire about out-of network benefits. The following are questions you will want to ask:
Does my plan cover mental health services for an out-of-network provider?
What is my yearly deductible? What portion has been met?
What amount is covered by my policy for each therapy session by an out-of-network provider?
Is pre-authorization required? What are the steps to obtain such authorization?
Are there any mental health diagnosis that are not covered by my plan?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
I am happy to call your insurance company and confirm the information, for clients who request this. For out-of network services, I will provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Payment for services, including co-pay and/or co-insurance is due at time of service. Payment is ultimately the client’s responsibility.
