Do you take insurance?

I am an in-network provider for Regence BCBS, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pacific Source, and Lyra.

If you have a PPO insurance not listed, you may wish to inquire about out-of network benefits. The following are questions you will want to ask:

  • Does my plan cover mental health services for an out-of-network provider?

  • What is my yearly deductible? What portion has been met?

  • What amount is covered by my policy for each therapy session by an out-of-network provider?

  • Is pre-authorization required? What are the steps to obtain such authorization?

  • Are there any mental health diagnosis that are not covered by my plan?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

I am happy to call your insurance company and confirm the information, for clients who request this.  For out-of network services, I will provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Payment for services, including co-pay and/or co-insurance is due at time of service. Payment is ultimately the client’s responsibility.
